If you are looking for a pre-school program for your child, please join us for the Los Lunas Schools New Mexico Pre-K Program Fair!
Please note: children need to have turned 3-years old by September 1st of this year to be able to attend any of the programs.

Playground Upgrades

Los Lunas Schools is excited to announce the significant accessibility improvements made at Raymond Gabaldon Elementary, where a full wheelchair accessibility playground structure, a communication board, and an accessibility swing were installed.
Similar accessibility playground equipment is scheduled to be installed at Tomé Elementary, Sundance Elementary, and Valencia Elementary in the near future.

Students at RGE will be participating in fahlo this school year. Every grade level was given an different animal that their grade will get to track and observe the animals migration patterns in real time. Different projects and activities will help students see how these animals live and move around within their different environments. Below are the different animals each grade level will be following. Please feel free to follow along as well on this exciting journey.
Pre-K and Kindergarten- Chum (Hammerhead shark)
1st Grade- Twinkle (Sea Turtle)
2nd Grade- Teta (Gorilla)
3rd Grade- Wilbur (Pilot Whale)
4th Grade- Saraha (Lion)
5th Grade- Bill (Dolphin)
6th Grade- Yuca (Whale Shark)
